On their way to you, your mushrooms are kept cool and cosy, travelling in our refrigerated van, nestled inside our custom designed mushroom boxes.
Deliveries are made either on a Tuesday or Friday each week between 2pm and 6pm*. We ask that you be home to collect your delivery so that you can keep your mushrooms fresh and chilled. If you can't be home during this time please contact us to arrange a cool box to be left somewhere safe.
The map shows our delivery radius. If you don't think you fall inside the circle you can select to pick up your order from us at the West End Markets on a Saturday morning.

We are only able to deliver within the Brisbane City area at this time. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when we offer delivery to other locations.
Q. Can I choose my own mix?
At this time you can only choose from our set mixed boxes. The mixes may vary week to week depending on what we are growing but we will always select the highest quality produce for your box. If a certain variety is not available that week we will substitute with another where possible.
Q. Can I choose the time you deliver?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email asking you to select either Tuesday or Friday as your preferred delivery day. If you have a preferred time within that window of 2pm - 6pm please add that to your options in your confirmation email. If you are a subscriber and the delivery times won't work for you we can leave your order in a cool box at your home. You can also opt to collect your order from our stall at the West End Markets at Davies Park on a Saturday.
Q. How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of three deliveries, you may cancel anytime but if it is before your third delivery you will still be charged for three deliveries. These deliveries can be set as weekly, fortnightly or monthly. After your third delivery, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.
Q. When do I get charged for the delivery?
You get charged immediately at the time you place your order. If you have selected a subscription, subsequent charges will be made the day before your next delivery. You can select your preferred delivery day and manage your order from within your confirmation email.
Q. How do I manage my subscription?
To manage your details, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription, log in to the Customer Portal via your subscription activation email or contact us at any time.
Q. What are the order cut-off times?
Orders cut-off 24 hours before the next delivery window. For example, if you order on a Monday at 2pm, the next available delivery window for your order will be on Friday.
