To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend ordering your gifts by the following dates for delivery by Christmas.
Standard & Express Post - most locations
Thursday 19th December
Standard & Express Post - Perth & Darwin
Thursday 12th December
Standard & Express Post - WA & NT regional
Australia Post has not advised a cut off date for outside of the Perth and Darwin metro areas so probably a few extra days before December 12th to be safe.
Pick up
We're open for in-store shopping and Click & Collect until 3:30pm Friday 20th December.
The Little Acre team will be on holiday from 21st Dec 2024 to Sunday 5th Jan 2025. The shop will be closed and no shipping or pickups will be occurring between these dates. Shipping and Click & Collect will resume from Monday 6th January.

Pick up - FREE
Click & Collect available from our Brisbane warehouse in Geebung Monday - Friday. Pick up is free.
Click & Collect pick ups
Pick up your order from the Little Acre warehouse in Geebung, on Brisbane’s northside. Pick up is free - simply select ‘Pick up’ at checkout.
Pick up is available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 3:30pm. We are not open on weekends or Public Holidays.

Once your order is ready to collect you will receive an email with the pick up address and instructions. If you haven't received this email within 48 hours of your order please check your junk/spam/promotions folders of your inbox as automatic emails are sometimes caught there.
When will my item be shipped?
We ship orders Monday to Thursday. We do not ship Fridays to avoid extending delivery times - our products are alive! Please note this applies to all orders, including express post shipments.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can stay up to date with where your order is at. If you haven't received your tracking email please check your junk/promotions folders of your inbox.
Delivery times
Delivery times are tricky to provide these days. You’ll be able to check your unique delivery estimate provided by Australia Post via the tracking link in your email with the subject “Your order has been shipped!”. Please note that the Australia Post Express Post delivery times of 1-2 business days are only for captial cities and some metropolitan postcodes. Please check the Australia Post website's delivery times for more information.
Can you ship internationally?
We can ship some products such as books and merchandise internationally. For our products containing living mycelium we do not offer international shipping at this time.
