We're closing for our Christmas break on Friday 19 December, 3:00pm.
We'll be closed from 20 December and reopening Monday 5 January, 2026 for shipping only. No shipping or pickups will be occurring between these dates.

*This does not apply to bulk growing supplies - shipping costs for these items are calculated according to the weight and volume of the total order.
When will my item be shipped?
We ship orders Monday to Thursday. We do not ship Fridays to avoid extending delivery times - our products are alive! Please note this applies to all orders, including express post shipments.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can stay up to date with where your order is at. If you haven't received your tracking email please check your junk/promotions folders of your inbox.
Delivery times
You’ll be able to check your unique delivery estimate provided by Australia Post via the tracking link in your email with the subject “Your order has been shipped!”. Please note that the Australia Post Express Post delivery times of 1-2 business days are only for captial cities and some metropolitan postcodes. Please check the Australia Post website's delivery times for more information.
Can you ship internationally?
We can ship some products such as books and merchandise internationally. For our products containing living mycelium we do not offer international shipping at this time.
