We’ve permanently closed our physical shop, and are no longer offering Click and Collect orders at this time. We are an online only store and ship Australia-wide.

We ship orders Monday to Thursday. We do not ship Fridays to avoid extending delivery times - our products are alive! Please note this applies to all orders, including express post shipments.

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can stay up to date with where your order is at. If you haven't received your tracking email please check your junk/promotions folders of your inbox.

We can ship some products such as books and merchandise internationally. For our products containing living mycelium we do not offer international shipping at this time.
