Am I eligible for a wholesale account?
To be eligible for a wholesale account we expect you to:
- Hold an ABN and registered business name
- Be ready to order now, you're set up and ready to grow
What is the minimum order for wholesale spawn?
Our minimum order for wholesale spawn is 9 bags of spawn (18kgs total) at a minimum frequency of once per calendar month. For the most economical shipping rates, itβs best to order by the carton, selecting 9 x 2kg bags of spawn (so order in multiples of 9 bags). You can choose a mixed selection of spawn to make up 9 bags, they don't have to be all of the same strain.
What is the minimum order for wholesale blocks?
Our minimum order for wholesale blocks is 20 blocks per strain and at a weekly or fortnightly frequency. You must order blocks in multiples of 20 per strain. For example your order may be 20 x Snow White Oyster and 20 x Blue Oyster. You can not do 10 and 10 as it is per strain and not per species (i.e. "Oyster").
What shipping options do you provide?
Once your wholesale account has been approved we provide you with shipping rates tailored to your delivery address. We will work with you to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective shipping rates. We have fast and reliable freight partners. Cold freight options are also available to certain postcodes for pallet quantities of spawn or blocks.
Do you have restrictions on the use of your spawn and block products?
When you purchase mushroom spawn or blocks from us as a wholesale customer you agree to our Wholesale Agreement. This Agreement must be signed by both parties prior to the approval of your wholesale account and the full agreement will be provided to you on application. You may use our spawn to make your own mushroom products.
What if I need some advice?
We're here for you! If you need any advice or have a problem that needs addressing we have both email and phone service available for our wholesale customers. Jump online or give our team a call and we'll get it sorted for you as a priority. Having been mushroom growers for many years ourselves we have extensive knowledge and troubleshooting advice to share.
