WHAT'S INCLUDED
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply shop as per usual and your unique code will be redeemable at checkout. You will find your unique card number on the back of your physical card. You do not have to use all the credit at once.
HOW ARE GIFT CARDS SENT?
Our physical gift cards are all sent via registered post so they can be tracked via Australia Post.
The Gift Card comes attached to a beautiful A6 postcard featuring a mushroom illustration. Write a message at checkout and we will print it on the card!
HOW LONG ARE GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?
36 months from the date of purchase! Three whole years! Basically an eternity! (Except much shorter because it’s three years!)
CAN I GET A REFUND ON AN GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD IN THE SAME PURCHASE?
Yes, part payments are possible! You will be able to enter both as payment options at checkout. You be able to enter discount codes as well.

Dispatch
We ship orders Monday to Thursday. We do not ship Fridays to avoid extending delivery times. Please note this applies to all orders, including our express post shipments.
Click & Collect orders
Pick up your order from the Little Acre warehouse in Geebung, on Brisbane’s northside. Pick up is free - simply select ‘Pick up’ at checkout.
Pick up is available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 3:30pm.
Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can stay up to date with where your order is at.
Delivery times
Delivery times are tricky to provide these days. You’ll be able to check your unique delivery estimate provided by Australia Post via the tracking link in your email with the subject “Your order has been shipped!”.
