Where are the courses held?
We regularly hold workshops and courses in Brisbane and Sydney.
Brisbane workshops are held at Little Acre's facility in Geebung on the northside of Brisbane, 20 minutes from the CBD.
Sydney workshops are held in community halls in the central Sydney area, usually around Redfern or Zetland.
If you'd like us to hold a workshop in your town or city and have a group of 10 or more interested in attending please send us a message.
What’s the difference between the online mushroom workshop and in-person mushroom masterclass?
Aside from the obvious, the in-person course offers more in-depth information about fungi biology and ecology and dives deeper into the fascinating world of fungi with plenty of engaging content. It also offers you the chance to discuss your particular mushroom questions with mushroom experts Amy and Mickey. The online course is a great option for people outside Queensland who may prefer not to travel and like to learn at their own pace.
With the online course, can I access all the content at once?
Yes, you can access all of the video modules so you can learn at your own pace. Binge the whole course at once or take your time - but we do recommend watching the videos in order.
What does 'Lifetime Access' mean?
If you've purchased the Online Course package or attended Fungi Fundamentals, you'll have access to all of the online content for as long as it's online - which means as long as we're still growing mushrooms...which will likely be a while, we're addicted!
Can I go on a payment plan?
You are able to pay off the ticket price in instalments using AfterPay. Please see options at checkout.
What is the DIY Organic Mushroom Mini Farm?
The Organic Mushroom Mini Farm is our DIY mushroom kit which has all the items and ingredients you’ll need to get growing from scratch. Learn this simple process and you'll never have to buy mushrooms again! When you purchase the Online Course, your DIY Mushroom Mini Farm will be posted out to you free of charge.

We offer private consultation for people wanting to grow commercially. We can consult on topics such as:

Do you take group bookings or run private workshops?
Got a large group keen to learn about mushrooms? We are able to organise private workshops for groups of 10 or more. We can even travel to you! For group bookings or private workshops please send us a message with the details of your numbers, location, requested date/time and the workshop you're interested in.
What is your cancellation policy for in-person workshops?
If you've bought a ticket and can't attend a workshop for any reason we require you to notify us prior to 7 days before the workshop date to be able to refund you or place you in a future workshop. Cancellations within 7 days of the date of the workshop will be eligible for a credit for a future workshop date. If you are unable to attend the workshop and have a booking please let us know via email as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
