All of our spawn is grown on Australian Wheat Grain, cultured and inoculated in the highest quality laminar flow cabinet. We undertake every step of the process, from tissue culture, to agar, to sterilised grain, ensuring quality and vigour every step of the way.
Â
We use a specialised mushroom spawn bag with zipper filter patches. These 0.2 micron filters are made specifically for spawn production, allowing the mycelium to breath across a large surface area for optimum gas exchange.
Spawn is sold in 750g units and quality is assured. If you’re unhappy with the quality of your mushroom spawn please contact us for advice and assistance.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

The ideal storage for your mushroom spawn is in the fridge.
It can be stored in the fridge for 2-4 months without losing its vigour.
The exception to this is Pink Oyster (Pleurotus djmor) which can not be stored below 10 degrees Celsius or it will perish.
Please be aware that mycelium is heat sensitive. If you’re concerned with the possible temperatures of freight for your location please contact us to arrange the best shipping method to ensure your spawn arrives viable and in good condition.
We recommend choosing Express Shipping for grain spawn orders.
